As Senior Manager Growth, you will play a pivotal, transaction-focused role, identifying, assessing and executing acquisition opportunities across key commercial areas, including Custom Plates and our Value-Added Services.

Reporting to the Head of Growth and working within the Commercial Leadership Team, you will operate with high visibility across our Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team. You build credibility quickly and communicate with clarity, enabling effective engagement with senior stakeholders and advisors. Pragmatic and outcomes‑focused, you balance attention to detail with a broader commercial perspective, demonstrating resilience, adaptability and a clear bias toward delivering results.

You will bring:

  • Proven M&A experience across acquisitions and divestments

  • Corporate development background with full transaction lifecycle exposure

  • Experience leading due diligence across commercial, financial and operational streams

  • Expertise in managing data rooms, and preparing Investment Committee and Board materials

  • Demonstrated capability in market scanning, target identification and pipeline development

  • Strong stakeholder management, including coordination of advisors and engagement at Executive/Board level
