Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Growth & Product Marketing to support the go-to-market strategy and ongoing marketing initiatives for Ouro’s suite of financial products. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep experience in fintech, strong expertise in retail marketing, partner marketing, lifecycle management (LCM) and retention, and a keen ability to craft compelling value propositions across both digital and physical marketing channels. Additionally, this role will drive competitive intelligence, market research, and sales enablement to optimize positioning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.

Support retail and partner marketing efforts, optimizing in-store and point-of-sale (POS) strategies to enhance consumer engagement and adoption.

Drive partner marketing initiatives, collaborating with retail and distribution partners to create impactful co-marketing campaigns that drive acquisition and retention.

Support the lifecycle marketing (LCM) and retention team by providing insights from retail and partner channels, helping to enhance customer engagement, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value.

Define and communicate a compelling value proposition for Ouro’s products, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Conduct competitive intelligence and market research, identifying industry trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities to refine positioning and product offerings.

Work closely with product, sales, and digital marketing teams to develop customer segmentation strategies and targeted messaging.

Develop and execute sales enablement materials, including training guides, competitive battle cards, and pitch decks to support internal teams and retail partners.

Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop marketing collateral, including digital assets, in-store displays, customer communications, and partner pitch decks.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-backed recommendations for optimization.

Work cross-functionally with the product team to influence the product roadmap, ensuring marketing insights shape product development.
Qualifications & Experience:

7+ years of experience in fintech product marketing, with a focus on retail marketing, partner marketing, LCM, and customer retention.

Proven ability to craft and execute go-to-market strategies for financial products.

Strong understanding of both digital and physical marketing channels and their impact on customer engagement.

Experience working with retail partners, distributors, or financial institutions to drive co-branded marketing campaigns.

Expertise in competitive analysis, market research, and data-driven decision-making to refine marketing strategies.

Strong background in sales enablement, including the development of training materials, pitch decks, and messaging frameworks.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging.

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work with product, sales, creative, and analytics teams effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
