- 7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in B2B or B2B2C environments.
- Proven ability to drive measurable acquisition, revenue, and enrollment outcomes through paid media, organic channels, and web optimization.
- Strong experience managing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance marketing channels.
- Experience managing and mentoring internal teams, including specialists and managers, and overseeing external agencies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to optimize campaigns, channels, and user journeys.
- Ability to translate partner and user insights into scalable acquisition strategies.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with Enrollment Marketing, Demand Generation, Client Success, Brand, and Design teams.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
The salary for this position ranges between $170,000 - $180,000 which includes base salary. This is decided based on many factors, including but not limited to: technical skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, we are proud to offer stock options in the company and a competitive benefits package.
