What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven DTC Growth Marketing Manager to drive executional excellence across meater.com, with an opportunity to support traeger.com over time. This role will own the day-to-day execution and performance of digital campaigns, website optimization, paid media programs, SEO/content strategy and lifecycle marketing initiatives for global direct-to-consumer (DTC) markets.
This is a tactically focused role that requires strong attention to detail, platform fluency, and experience operating in fast-paced eCommerce environments.
You will work closely with agency partners, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver growth and optimize performance across the customer journey.
This is an on-site position based at Traeger's HQ in Salt Lake City.
Key Responsibilities
- DTC growth execution
- Execute and optimize campaigns across paid search, social, display, affiliate and email/SMS in partnership with internal teams and external agencies
- Own day-to-day performance tracking and analytics for campaigns, promotions, and landing pages
- Partner with the web operations team to maintain product pages, navigation, banners, and site content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional launches, new product drops, and testing roadmaps
Paid Media Management
- Work with agency partners to brief campaigns, QA assets, monitor pacing and report on performance
- Monitor performance reports across platforms and provide insights and optimizations
- Track spend against budget, flag pacing issues, and partner with the finance team on actuals and forecast alignment
SEO & Content Optimization
- Own the SEO content strategy for meater.com in partnership with the brand and web teams
- Conduct keyword research, update on-site content (headlines, metadata, PDPs, category pages) and optimize for both rankings and conversion
- Monitor SEO health and support technical SEO initiatives alongside developers and web ops
Lifecycle Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the lifecycle marketing team to plan and deploy regional email/SMS campaigns
- Coordinate product and promotional content across regions (US, CA, UK, DE, EU)
- Monitor engagement metrics and support list segmentation, A/B testing, and automation flows
Site Optimization & A/B Testing
- Identify conversion friction points using tools like GA4, heatmaps, and session replay
- Coordinate A/B tests for landing pages, banners, and PDPs in partnership with UX and web team
- Support experimentation and CRO roadmap development
Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration
- Align with global and regional teams on localized content, site experience, and campaign timing
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to ensure smooth execution and brand consistency
- Provide post-campaign analysis and insights to inform future strategy
Key KPIs
- meater.com traffic growth (paid + organic)
- Conversion rate (CVR) and AOV improvements
- ROAS and CAC (paid channels)
- Lifecycle engagement and revenue per send
- SEO keyword rankings, organic traffic, and bounce rate
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in DTC/eCommerce execution roles, ideally in a consumer brand or agency setting
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify Plus, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Braze, GA4, Looker Studio, affiliate platforms
- Hands-on experience optimizing SEO strategies and content updates
- Ability to manage multiple digital initiatives simultaneously and work cross-functionally
- Solid analytical skills - can build reports, analyze performance, and identify improvement areas
- Experience with A/B testing tools, heatmaps, and web analytics platforms
- Bonus: experience supporting multiple regional markets (US, Canada, UK, Germany, EU)
