About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving growth through innovative marketing strategies and tactics. As a Senior Group Manager, Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that generate conversions, increase customer acquisition, and drive revenue growth. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Own the development and implementation of comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across affiliates and non-affiliates.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and target audiences. 
  • Cross-functionally lead a diverse team of product managers, marketing specialists, analysts, and engineers to optimize the customer journey and improve conversion rates. 
  • Ensure the website aligns with the onboarding strategy, including cohesive messaging, visual assets, and user experience. 
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing test campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing. 
  • Provide clear updates on project progress, KPIs, and strategic initiatives through presentations and written reports. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in growth marketing and digital advertising. 

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, product marketing or related field. 
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving growth targets in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments. 
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. 
  • Capable of independently assessing digital marketing data to evaluate campaign performance. 
  • Proficient in summarizing and communicating completed marketing campaigns to cross-functional teams. 
  • Skilled in utilizing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms for paid marketing efforts. 
  • Adept at using Google Analytics and/or Amplitude, along with landing page optimization software, to analyze site engagement and conversion rates. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build user experiences in partnership with designers. 
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and complex projects. 
  • Preferred experience with SQL queries.
