Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing serves as a dedicated marketing partner for an assigned business portfolio, such as Fleet, Protech, Collision, or Glass. This role partners closely with business, sales, and marketing leaders to translate business priorities into integrated marketing plans and campaigns that support growth objectives.
The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing supports the development and execution of marketing plans, coordinates cross-functional marketing resources, monitors campaign and business performance, and helps ensure Marketing delivers timely, measurable results. This role serves as a key liaison between the business and Marketing, building trusted relationships while driving alignment, follow-through, and execution across initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded marketing professional who combines business acumen, strong project leadership, relationship management, and integrated marketing experience to help deliver measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership
Serve as a key marketing partner to business and sales leaders for the assigned portfolio.
Develop a deep understanding of business objectives, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market opportunities.
Contribute to business planning, leadership discussions, and quarterly business reviews by representing marketing plans, progress, and performance.
Growth Strategy & Campaign Leadership
Support the development of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that align to business growth objectives.
Manage the annual and quarterly Marketing Execution Plan for the assigned business in partnership with marketing and business leadership.
Help define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging strategy, channel mix, customer journeys, and success metrics.
Recommend marketing priorities and initiatives based on business impact, resource capacity, and timing.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Coordinate planning and execution across Marketing Centers of Excellence, including Brand, Creative, Digital, Content, Web, PR, Analytics, and Marketing Operations.
Align cross-functional teams around shared priorities and ensure successful execution.
Identify risks, manage timelines and priorities, escalate roadblocks, and support accountability across initiatives.
Performance & Business Insights
Monitor campaign performance and business results against established KPIs.
Prepare clear reporting, insights, and recommendations for business and marketing leaders.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and support business growth.
Relationship & Portfolio Management
Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing lead for the assigned business portfolio.
Build trusted relationships across business, sales, and marketing teams.
Help ensure marketing commitments are delivered with quality, speed, and measurable impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
7+ years of progressive experience in Growth Marketing, Commercial Marketing, Business Marketing, Demand Generation, or related marketing roles.
Demonstrated success partnering with business, sales, and cross-functional marketing leaders.
Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to connect marketing initiatives to business outcomes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and influence without direct authority.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly analytical with a passion for using data to drive decisions and growth.

Skills Required
