Primary Duties:
- Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed goals including achievement of Growth team goals, GDR’s achievement of qualified opportunities towards defined LUM goals and driving net new business into the funnel. Lead strategic initiatives to enhance team performance and establish best practices across the organization.
- Provide expert-level coaching and mentoring through a deep mastery of sales methodology, business model intricacies, and industry best practices. Develop and refine coaching frameworks and provide feedback on outreach strategies based on a comprehensive book of business model.
- Own comprehensive team performance analysis, identifying advanced patterns in strength, opportunities and market trends. Lead dashboard optimization in SFDC. Report out team metrics to other stakeholders.
- Spearhead collaboration with the Director of Growth Development and other key stakeholders on Growth in the development of regional and market level strategy to ensure attainment of our Growth targets. Lead GDR Campaign development and optimization.
- Participates in the full interview cycle for sales development representatives, conducting advanced behavioral and competency-based interviews with detailed candidate evaluations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or a related field
- 10+ years relevant work experience, including 5+ years of experience with a proven track record of success as an ISA, BDR or SDR (inside sales agent, business development representative, sales development representative) in remote/virtual sales to physician practices
Preferred KSA's:
- Highly preferred experience working in value-based care
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional people leadership skills with proven ability to foster innovation culture, and build long-term strategic relationships
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration and sales engagement ecosystems (Outreach.io, Gong) with capability to drive platform optimization and evaluate new technology implementations
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-departmental projects while maintaining collaborative relationships and driving organizational alignment through strategic communication and thought leadership
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with exceptional judgment in prioritizing initiatives, managing competing stakeholder interests, and determining appropriate executive escalation pathways
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
- Willing to travel as needed (10% across the year)
