About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and growth-focused Senior Manager of Growth and Marketing to drive our marketing efforts across a diverse range of channels and ensure alignment with our global business objectives. This role is particularly exciting as you will have the opportunity to work closely with our key Western cluster markets—Australia, the USA, and the United Kingdom—shaping the marketing strategies that will drive growth and brand presence in these dynamic regions. If you’re an agile and entrepreneurial marketer with a passion for influencing cross-market strategies and achieving impactful results, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  •  Cross-team alignment and collaboration: Work closely marketing leads who sit in the market to provide support for their growth on specific channels leveraging economies of scale.

  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and refine a comprehensive growth and marketing strategy with a focus on channel connectivity and alignment. This may require different strategies (for each market on the same channel) to support business objectives and drive brand growth across all stages of the marketing funnel.

  • Optimization: Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement across channels, ensuring strategies are continuously optimized for efficiency and effectiveness in each market.

  •  Resource Alignment: Evaluate and adjust resource allocation to ensure that marketing priorities in Australia, the USA, and the UK are supported and that teams have what they need to succeed.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for senior leadership and cross-functional teams, providing updates on marketing performance and strategic recommendations for the Western cluster.

  • Channel Strategy Management: Maintain an overview of key marketing channels, including:

    • Design and Creative: Ensure creative outputs are aligned with brand messaging and support overall marketing objectives, particularly in Australia, the USA, and the UK.

    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Collaborate with SEO specialists to ensure strategies are effectively driving organic growth in these key regions. 

    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Hands on experience in SEM, setting up and optimizing campaigns at scale would be a bonus and looked upon favorably but not a must.

    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Monitor CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention, ensuring they resonate with audiences in the Western cluster.

    • Content Production: Provide strategic guidance on content production, ensuring it supports brand positioning and campaign objectives across these diverse markets.

    • Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns (designed by local teams), ensuring resources are aligned and efficiently utilized to achieve desired outcomes in Australia, the USA, and the UK.


 

What You’ll Need:

Experience & skills 

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital or e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on growth and strategy, particularly in Western markets.

  • Strategic Oversight: Ability to develop and manage high-level strategies and business growth across multiple marketing channels, ensuring alignment with business goals in key Western markets.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to influence and align teams across different functions and regions, driving collaboration and efficiency.

  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies across diverse markets

  • Resource Management: Experience in evaluating and reallocating resources to support shifting priorities and maximize impact in the Western cluster.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, driving alignment and collaboration without direct oversight of all functions. Having managed teams of 5 -10 people.

  • Entrepreneurial: A proactive, self-starting attitude with a focus on innovation and growth in dynamic and competitive markets.

  • Results-Driven: A commitment to achieving measurable outcomes and continuously improving marketing performance.

  • Agile: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to pivot as needed.

  • Collaborative: A team-oriented approach, with the ability to bring different functions and markets together to achieve common goals.
