Direct report to the Head, Group Secretarial MSM, and ultimately report to the Group Company Secretary/Head of Department, providing on-the-job technical and administrative support to the Group Secretarial MSM team, working closely with the Group Company Secretary/Head of Department and other departments within the FGV Group, and managing the portfolio alongside managerial responsibilities.
Minimun Qualification:
Bachelor in Corporate Administration / ICSA / Bachelor in Accounting / LLB
Minimum Years of Experience
Minimum 8 years of working experience in the full spectrum of the corporate secretarial field, including at least 5 years of working experience in Public Listed companies.

1) Able to organise and prioritise work with minimum supervision.
2) A can-do attitude that takes initiative and thrives in a start-up environment.
