Senior Manager, Go-To-Market

Your Role:

As the Go-To-Market Planning Senior Manager, you will be working with some of the industry's brightest minds to manage FF's global activities, ensuring we successfully bring to market the ultimate tech-luxury FF 91. You will be responsible for making sure FF's multi-phase, multinational go-to-market plan is ready for launch, working cross-functionally to track the progress of teams throughout the organization as we sprint toward production and launch of our flagship vehicle in the US, China, and UAE.

Additionally, you will support the Order to Delivery process development, ensuring a seamless flow from order placement to final delivery across these key markets. You will play a crucial role in ensuring we meet operational targets and enhance customer satisfaction in these diverse regions.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 11+ years of experience working in go-to-market planning or strategy.
• Proven knowledge, expertise, and passion for EVs, automotive technology, sales, and/or aftersales.
• In-depth understanding and experience in scaling businesses and operations globally.
• Strong familiarity with business practices in the US, China, and UAE.
• Ability to define, implement, and drive workflows and plans while managing timelines, communications, risks, uncovering roadblocks, defining critical paths, and addressing any other issues that arise for vehicle and project launches.
• Proven knowledge and expertise in automotive technology, retail marketing, sales, and aftersales.
• Strong familiarity with the global automotive retail environment and dealer franchise laws.
• Experience with product teams to support the execution of global product roadmaps.
• Ability to determine and advise cross-functional requirements to support new and existing products.
• Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies.
• A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting.
• A genuine fascination for the EV and technology fields and a commitment to global change.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual, Mandarin speaking.
• 5+ years of management experience or experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Proven expertise in leading strategic initiatives.
• Able to develop and track KPIs and create action plans to achieve desired targets.
• A wide range of experience with sales, strategic planning, aftersales, retail marketing, and project management.
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration with various departments at Headquarters and field teams in dual markets (US, China, UAE) to ensure a successful go-to-market launch.
• Proven track record of executing multinational, complex projects simultaneously from start to finish.
• An innovative, customer-centric mindset and approach.
• A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision.

Annual Salary Range:

($140K - $180K DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
