Job Description
- You manage and steer global Bosch Sales Strategy Development and Execution processes
- You support Head of Global Sales/RSD/CSDs to define and cascade strategy to the regions
- You co-create, manage and implement sales growth initiatives
- You manage projects to develop sales organization, operations and infrastructure
- You support sales function planning and governance (investment plans, HC growth, Upskilling, sales roles, OKRs, KPIs ..etc)
- You create and support implementation of new sales business models
Qualifications
Education: University degree, ideally with focus on Marketing or Sales
Experience and know-how: Several years of relevant work experience in Strategy, Consulting, Business Development and/or Sales background. Experience in Power Tools business as well as in a Country Sales Organization is preferred. Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work self-directed. Profound analytical skills.
Personality and working style: International, multi-cultural mindset. Strong presentation skills, excellent networking and communication capabilities on different hierarchical levels. Stress resistant, organized and reliable personality.
Languages: Excellent in English
