Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Manager to drive global revenue insights for Home, as well as Revenue Performance for the Americas region. This is a matrix role which will have global oversight of Home Category performance, as well as regional depth of P&L optimisation. This role will be critical in shaping our global Revenue growth strategy, maximizing revenue opportunities, and translating data into compelling narratives that inform decision-making at the highest levels. You will work cross-functionally across Regions, the Home Business Unit and with stakeholders in the business to ensure that Revenue goals are met and shaped with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Unit Management – Home Category

Lead revenue performance management for Dyson’s Home Business Unit ensuring alignment with global BU objectives.

Have oversight, input and analyse product lifecycle in market from a commercial perspective, including global product launch management and evaluation, portfolio range alignment, channel selection and expansions, and optimisation strategies.

Collaborate with Regional teams to develop, govern and evaluate tailored category plans for markets.
2. Global Revenue Performance and Optimisation

Analyse and interpret Regional and Global revenue trends and market data to provide actionable insights to the business.

Partner with Region and global Finance teams to build comprehensive weekly / monthly revenue narratives that guide global and regional business reviews and decisions.

Lead analytics to anticipate industry trends and inform pricing and positioning strategies.

Review and analyse Regional Cost of Acquisition strategies and activation.

Partner with Regions to align marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue goals.

Translate complex financial data into clear, concise presentations for key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
3. Cross-Functional Management

Collaborate with Global Analytics and Data teams to continuously refine data inputs and reporting methodologies.

Collaborate with Global Marketing team to input into marketing asset creation process to ensure efficiency in costs and speed-to-market
4. Team Leadership & Development

Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert on global revenue performance within the Home Category
Key Skills and Experience
-
8-10 years of experience in commercial, marketing, revenue management, business strategy, or category development roles, preferably within a global or regional remit.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with and presenting to senior stakeholders.

Strong understanding of P&L and ability to review Cost of Acquisition strategies and activation

Ability to manage and interpret large datasets with proficiency in tools such as Excel and Tableau

Ability to story tell with clear narratives with proficiency in PowerPoint

Strong understanding of the Audio or Personal / Health Care industry and its commercial landscape.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading successful market strategies.

Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional relationships.

MBA or equivalent Bachelor’s degree.

Experience in global roles, particularly in a matrixed organisation.

Experience with Dyson products, categories or similar premium, high-tech consumer goods.
