As the Senior Manager - Global Process (Front Office Reporting), you will partner with Global Process Owners (GPOs), business and function leaders to support the design, measurement, management, and ongoing continuous improvement of a process area and provides expertise and thought leadership to drive alignment across the organization.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for defining business requirements and design requirements of enterprise-scale reporting tools deployed to front-office teams for use in day-to-day business processes. The Senior Manager will define requirements based on inputs from commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Pricing) as well as strong understanding of operational and commercial health reporting best practices. The Senior Manager will partner with the Data Office (Data Insights, Data Engineering, Data Architecture and Data Science) to ensure efficient and effective delivery at high quality.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with GPOs to identify, refine, and prioritize capability needs aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, IT, and Data Analytics to align on strategy and integrate solutions. Liaise with project stakeholders on an on-going basis.
- Translate business requirements into actionable development plans.
- Participate in defining required capabilities by standardizing processes cross-functionally.
- Understand stakeholder and customer needs. Collect voice-of-the-customer input to identify process improvements.
- Track and report on performance to KPIs.
- Facilitate workshops to resolve issues, build consensus, and support end-user adoption through training materials.
- Communicate updates and changes to stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
- Provide recommendations and ongoing support to project planning, timeline tracking, and milestone reporting for deployment initiatives.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, requirement documents, process flows, and user stories.
- Recommend actions for identified risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Partner with key stakeholders to validate that solutions and defect resolutions meet business needs.
- Develop and enable process standardization and consistency across the organization (cross-functionally) and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree – Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 8 years of experience in Commercial Sales, Operations/Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Pricing, IT, Procurement
- 3 years experience leading a team of resources
- Experience in Lean principles and process improvement
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze workflow and processes to provide excellent service to internal and external customers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Understanding of business and IT processes
- Ability to overcome difficult situations and conflicts
- Ability to spot key risks upfront and mitigate
- Ability to travel 0% - 25%
