Senior Manager, Global Mobility at a glance...
You will be responsible for developing and implementing global mobility strategies, programs, and processes that support the company's business objectives. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of global mobility trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across these regions
  • Provide strategic guidance on mobility matters to business leaders and HR partners
  • Drive continuous improvement of mobility programs, policies and processes
  • Oversee tax and immigration compliance processes
  • Develop and implement mobility policies
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance
  • Lead stakeholder coordination and communication
  • Drive program efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
  • Ensure compliance and risk management across tax, payroll, and immigration
  • Lead technology implementation and enhancement projects
  • Develop and analyze mobility data analytics and metrics
  • Manage mobility-related finance and budgeting
  • Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements

  • 5-7 years of Global Mobility experience
  • Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Tax preferred
  • Three or more years of supervisory/people management experience
  • Experience with mobility management technologies
  • Knowledge of international HR policies and practices
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience
  • Strong understanding of tax and immigration compliance requirements related to global mobility
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
  • Proven ability to navigate and collaborate effectively in a matrix organization
  • Experience working across different time zones and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
