Tasks:
Own and continuously develop global mobility policies, standards, frameworks, and governance across all assignment types (e.g. long-term, short-term, project assignments, tax positioning)
Ensure global consistency while accommodating local legal, tax, and cultural requirements
Handle escalated and complex executive and senior international assignment cases, ensuring compliant, high-quality solutions
Define, harmonize, and enforce standardized global processes and operating models in close collaboration with HR, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and business stakeholders
Lead the implementation, standardization, and continuous improvement of global mobility systems and tools, including assignment management, immigration automation, and data and payroll services
Ensure compliant execution of international assignments, covering immigration, tax, social security, payroll coordination, and employment law considerations
Oversee vendor management and governance of external service providers and develop compliant solutions for new and emerging markets
Lead and develop a global mobility team, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence
Requirements:
Completed university degree in Business Administration, HR Management, International Management, Law, Finance, or a comparable field
Several years of progressive experience in Global Mobility within a multinational organization, including responsibility for complex and executive international assignment cases
Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex, cross‑regional programs in a matrix environment
Strong expertise across the full assignment lifecycle, from policy design and governance to operational execution
In-depth knowledge of international payroll coordination and shadow payroll concepts, international tax principles, immigration fundamentals, and key employment law aspects
Confidence in navigating complex compliance environments and working with external advisors and service providers to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery
Strong project, change, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into pragmatic, business-oriented solutions
High customer and employee experience orientation, balancing compliance, efficiency, and business needs
