General Description:
We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Manager of Global Information Security - Identity and Access Management (IAM). This position will assist the IAM Leader in all aspects of Identity and Access Management throughout BeOne Medicines by providing exceptional IAM solutions, services, and operations to secure our globally expanding footprint. We are looking for an individual with a passion for cyber security to work alongside a talented team to grow our IAM program.
As Senior Manager of IAM, you will assist and lead initiatives in architecting, implementing, and maintaining all identities across the entire enterprise including those responsible for the entire identity lifecycle. This role requires you to have a strong background and understanding of all cyber security domains and the ability to work under compliance and frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GxP part 11. With BeOne Medicines being a cloud-first organization, with manufacturing presence, this role also requires you to be able to manage and consolidate a diverse portfolio of identities across the organization.
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Manage global cyber security IAM resources to implement and operate BeOne’s identity and access management strategy
- Contributes to the development of the vision, strategy, framework and roadmaps for global identity and access management including SSO, federation, MFA, Privileged Access Management, provisioning, access certification and role-based access control
- Develop and manage key metrics (KPIs) and executing continuous improvements efforts
- Responsible for SOD management and other IAM compliance related activities
- Establish IAM continuity strategy to support Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
- Develop and publish IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
- Support and drive all IAM-related governance and audits initiatives including SOD management, related audits, and handling of internal and external audit requests
- Lead architectural efforts within IAM
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent degree/experience/certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.)
- 7+ year experience planning, architecting, designing and developing enterprise IT solutions for IAM that includes IDaaS, MFA, PAM, SSO, etc.
- Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD is required
- Experience with Identity, Governance and Administration (IGA) tools (Saviynt)
- Experience with elevated privilege management is required
- Experience with MFA and SSO is required
- An understanding of access control concepts including directory services, SAML, LDAP, PKI
- Experience with security in AWS and Azure is a plus
- Experience in defining, implementing, and executing IAM services across a global enterprise
- Experience developing role-based access control strategy and production implementation
- Extensive experience working with IT vendors, suppliers and managed services providers
- Experience in ITSM tools, ITIL v3 framework is a plus
- Preferable experience working in regulated industries, in particular leveraging technology standards, frameworks, compliance, and industry-recognized best practice/standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOX, GxP)

- Lead and manage an IAM team
Salary Range Poland: 298,000.00 PLN - 372,500.00 PLN
