The Role:
Working in the Growth Marketing & Research Team, you will be a key player in the next stage of growth for Nothing. In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect & builder of our global CRM strategy, leveraging data insights to drive customer acquisition, retention, and ultimately, revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Working with the Director, Growth Marketing to implement the CRM strategy globally, drive revenue growth, and recognise opportunity gaps.
- Manage & execute all forms of eDM from cart recovery, lifecycle to weekly editorial communications.
- Identify, create and analyse segmentation of customers using our CDP to deliver on brand vision and commercial goals, supporting wider growth marketing touch points.
- Working with the broader marketing department own and plan the CRM calendar globally ensuring all markets execute holistically
- You will maintain and grow the Nothing community database through acquiring new customers and implementing retention and re-engagement strategies, ensuring full compliance with GDPR.
- You will work closely with the wider Growth Marketing team, especially the Research & Insights Manager to devise and implement a test and do strategy.
Requirements:
- Deep level of technical experience in CRM, with experience working through a variety of Marketing Automation, ESPs, CDPs and Data Visualisation tools - Salesforce Marketing Cloud essential
- Experience line managing preferred
- Proven track record in customer journey mapping and segmentation success cases
- Shopify & GA4 Experience preferred
- Commercially & analytically minded
- Ability to distil CRM expertise to digestible action points and influence other business units on CRM goals and vision
