Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Communications Manager to lead the execution of the global communications strategy for our enterprise-wide Digital Core transformation program, deploying SAP S/4 Hana and other technology platforms (i.e., Common Edge systems) across the Mars global CPG business. This role will ensure consistent, clear, and engaging communications to support internal stakeholder alignment and the ongoing engagement program participants throughout the program lifecycle.
What are we looking for?- Proven experience in strategic communications, preferably within large-scale IT or ERP transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA or similar ERP platforms is preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into accessible, audience-appropriate messaging.
- Track record of working in global, matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience with change management and organizational transformation frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Own the end-to-end communications strategy for the Digital Core transformation program.
- Craft clear, engaging, and targeted messaging tailored to various stakeholder groups, including senior business leaders, GPOs, DT and other SMEs.
- Create and manage a communications roadmap aligned with program phases (build, test, deploy, post-go-live).
- Design, deliver and support a suite of program communications materials to educate and engage stakeholders (e.g., town hall presentations, newsletters, My Mars content, videos, executive updates, presentations, etc).
- Partner closely with the Digital Core Change Management and Project Management teams to ensure messaging consistency across workstreams and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Segment transformation change and communications teams (e.g, EOS/RC, Pet Nutrition, Snacking etc) to drive message alignment, leverage best practice, information sharing for a “one program approach” to Digital Core communications and stakeholder engagement
