Job Description

The impact you will drive:

  • With the Senior Director of Global Brand Insights, bring to fruition a global measurement vision that quantifies brand building’s financial impact.
  • Continue our work to build a unified modern measurement ecosystem combining consumer, media data, and first‑party behavioral signals into one source of truth.
  • Develop executive‑ready narratives and operating rhythms that translate complex signals into clear decisions for leadership.

How you’ll lead and influence:

  • Serve as the day-to-day manager of our global brand tracking program bridging data science, research, marketing, finance, and product to drive aligned decisions at pace.
  • Partner cross-functionally to enhance data quality and usability, contributing to the evolution and governance of the measurement ecosystem.
  • With the Senior Director, codify the measurement operating model with shared templates, taxonomies, and cadences so regions can act locally within a globally coherent system.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, prioritizing causal evidence and continuous optimization
  • Embrace the Visa Leadership principles in all activities with particular attention to stakeholder management across key functions and geographies.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated brand strength insights that diagnose performance, identify drivers, and recommend actions. Translate complex analyses into compelling narratives for a range of audiences, from technical partners to executive stakeholders.
  • Integrate perceptual data with behavioral and digital signals to create a holistic view of brand strength.
  • With the Senior Director, define learning agendas and measurement plans tied to business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Apply a research experimentation mindset by developing, prioritizing, and testing hypotheses to accelerate learning. Support incrementality and causal learning approaches (where applicable) to strengthen confidence in what’s driving brand movement.
  • Use Power BI and advanced analytics tools (R and or Python, or comparable languages) to manage, analyze, visualize structured and unstructured data, and build scalable reporting solutions and automated workflows that increase speed to insight.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical judgment by choosing appropriate methods, validating findings, and communicating limitations transparently.
  • Run multiple concurrent projects and analyses and prioritize work aligned to organizational strategy and leadership goals.
  • Maintain operational discipline by managing supplier partners with a sense of urgency, ensuring high standards of rigor, on-time delivery, and cost-effective performance.
  • With the senior director, build AI enabled insights toolkits, executive dashboards, and decision forums for KPI alignment and timely course‑corrections market by market.
