Job Summary: The (REMOTE) Senior Generative AI Product Manager leads the development and deployment of Generative AI tools that empower retail sales associates to enhance their performance, improve productivity and transform sales and closing techniques by delivering real-time insights, recommendations, and coaching. This role works closely with a cross-functional team of stakeholders – including Sleep Experts and Retail Leadership, analysts, designers, developers, and quality control specialists. 

 
Essential Responsibilities 

• Define and communicate the product vision and future-back strategy for AI-based tools to support Sleep Experts and enhance the customer experience. 

• Develop a product roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term innovation, aligning with business goals and retail sales team needs. 

• Translate business and user needs into actionable product requirements, workflows, and user stories. 

• Define features and prioritize the backlog to maintain and build new product capabilities. 

• Conduct bi-weekly Product/UX reviews with Digital Leadership and stakeholders. 

• Ensure tools are scalable, reliable, and comply with data privacy and ethical AI guidelines. 

• Facilitate user testing and lead focus groups in partnership with CX/UX teams. 

• Collaborate with retail operations, sales leaders, and customer experience teams to identify high impact use cases and ensure solutions meet frontline needs. 

• Partner with CX and Field Training teams to integrate AI-driven coaching tools into sales enablement programs, driving adoption and measurable improvements in sales performance. 

• Lead bi-weekly AI Data Council meetings with Subject Matter Experts to prioritize and maintain the AI knowledge base and datasets. 

• Review user feedback and usage analytics to identify and address data inaccuracies and misinformation, maintaining a prioritized backlog of fixes. 

• Analyze performance data, usage trends, and feedback to drive product enhancements and measure business impact and Sleep Expert efficiency improvements. 

• Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date. 

• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all. 

• Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts. 

• Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation. 

• Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.

Education 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, related field, and/or equivalent experience preferred 

Professional Experience 

• 5+ years in Product Management required, with focus on Generative AI, LLMs (Large Language Models) preferred

• Proficiency in writing user stories that translate business objectives for development team. 

• Proficiency in managing sprint priorities, backlogs and Agile development cycles and project management tools (such as ADO or Azure Dev Ops, or Jira) 

Competencies & Knowledge 

• Strong knowledge base and experience developing or leading digital experiences, coupled with knowledge of the underlying technology, both current and emerging 

• Data analysis and using a data driven approach to drive decision making 

• Azure DevOps or Jira
