Position Summary
CVS Health has an exciting opportunity to join our PBM FP&A team as a Senior Manager supporting the volume, forecasting and membership teams. CVS Health strives to continuously innovate around how we report, analyze, and execute our PBM finance and Rx volume functions. Working across various departments including underwriting, information technology, finance, and other functional areas this role will coordinate and lead defining and documenting key complex activities.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience delivering results and partnering across teams to find common solutions.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience
Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 5 years in finance or accounting capacity.
Advisor to business and finance teams on how to effectively utilize technology to for Financial, Planning and Analysis teams (budget and forecasting).
Navigate technology systems, table structures, business processes, data flows, and more.
Gathers and defines requirements for process improvements and FP&A reporting.
Collaborates with finance and analytics teams to ensure our prescription volumes, membership and revenue meets evolving business needs.
Acts as the primary liaison for Finance, FP&A teams and prescription volume planning.
Advisor to matrixed business partners, helping them translate their business vision into requirements, technical specifications, and define project approach.
Solve complex, large-scale challenges to produce solutions.
Perform as a strategic communications advisor with a focus on business transformation.
Communicate technical solutions and design tradeoffs effectively to business and finance stakeholders; providing a delivery framework that ensures quality and success.
Maintain excellent documentation including standard operating procedures of all work.
Recognize impediments to our efficiency as a team, propose and implement solutions.
Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance.
Education
Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent work experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
