Job DescriptionOverview
The Senior Manager of FP&A, Strategic Finance will lead the evolution to forward-looking performance management. You will establish advanced analytics, AI-enabled insights, and OKR-driven performance frameworks across both revenue and cost dimensions.
You will be a strategic partner to the Financial Services and Data (FSD) leadership team, closing critical gaps in pipeline analytics, production metrics, and proactive cost management. You will report into the Vice President of Finance
Responsibilities
- Establish advanced reporting and analytical frameworks using modern AI-enabled and business intelligence tools
- Implement regular performance reporting cadences and executive dashboards
- Lead the performance management and analytics framework across revenue, cost, margin, and operational drivers
- Translate complex operational and financial data into relevant executive insights
- Shift leadership discussions from actuals reporting to forward-looking decision support
- Oversee the FSD risks and opportunities framework, including quantification, and tracking
- Develop and monitor cost productivity and efficiency metrics (e.g., cost per deal, cost per output)
- Provide scenario modeling and early indicators for cost pressures and efficiency opportunities
- Lead analytics related to pipeline health, conversion, and forecast accuracy
- Connect production metrics to revenue realization and financial outcomes
- Be a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Finance, Sales, and Operations
- Influence decisions through data, insight, and clear storytelling
- Establish governance and data discipline while maintaining business partnership
- MBA Degree or CPA certification
- 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, or combination of relevant experience and education.
- 4+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
- 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
- Competence in developing financial models for forecasting and business scenario evaluation
- Skills with business intelligence tools and financial systems. Expert level skills in Excel required.
- Experience with Tableau, Oracle or Hyperion
- Experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
