About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis at Figure, you will work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Business heads to drive our financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis processes. In this role, you will have unique visibility across the entire company and serve as the key liaison between multiple departments and teams. You will turn your analyses into deep insights, communicate these insights to key stakeholders and executives, and support strategic decision-making
What You’ll Do
- Support Figure’s long-range, quarterly, annual, and monthly forecasting process, including the development of corporate targets and analysis of variances
- Develop financial models and analysis, often from scratch, that are used in our consolidated FP&A effort
- Master and continuously update, analyze, and improve Figure’s operating model
- Build out dashboards, scalable processes, and reports to monitor business results and KPIs
- Understand and highlight key performance indicators and drivers of change within financial results and present findings
- Assist in the creation and review of presentations and financial analyses presented to senior management, board of directors, and investors; participate in meetings and calls with these audiences
- Evaluate strategic initiatives and associated financial impacts and help to incorporate them into financial plans
- Partner with business leaders across the organization to prioritize key focus areas
What We Look For
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, private equity, or investment banking
- Excellent attention to detail and internal presentation skills
- Superior financial modeling skills, including the ability to build out a full company operating and financial model
- Knowledge of accounting principles preferred
- Proven track record of developing strong relationships within organizations
- Understanding of fixed income instruments and payments / banking a plus
- Prior public company experience a plus
Salary
- Compensation Range: $150,000 - $170,000
- Quarterly 25% bonus target
- Equity stock options package
- This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
