The Senior Manager, Finance Systems owns the strategy, delivery, and optimization of global finance IT platforms. This role partners with Finance, IT, and regional business leaders to deliver system enhancements, implementations, and continuous improvements that support scalable and compliant finance operations.
What you will do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle EBS finance system initiatives, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
- Partner with global and regional Finance stakeholders to understand business processes, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and solution designs, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Serve as a finance systems subject-matter expert, driving effective use of existing solutions and recommending enhancements
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Payments)
- Strong understanding of finance business processes, including month-end and year-end close
- Demonstrated experience leading ERP system initiatives or projects
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience working with external ERP implementation or support partners
- Experience supporting finance systems in a global or matrixed organization
