The Senior Manager, Finance, Austria plays a critical role in supporting the financial strategy, decision‑making, and operational performance of the Austria market. As a strategic business partner to Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and Bottler leadership, this role strengthens system alignment, unlocks sustainable value, and ensures the financial discipline needed to deliver predictable growth and long‑term profitability.

This is a hands‑on, high‑impact finance role, responsible for insight‑led financial analysis, business planning, value chain optimization, and supporting Bottler & Customer engagement. Operating in a networked environment, the Senior Manager partners across functions and geographies to orchestrate end‑to‑end outcomes for the Austria business.

• Assess financial implications of new RTM approaches, incidence pricing shifts, pricing architecture, and revenue models.
• Develop and implement margin‑enhancing strategies across the value chain, supporting both top‑line and system profitability.
• Track margin performance at customer, channel, and bottler levels, providing actionable insights to improve long‑term economics.

Support RGM & Commercial Finance Priorities

• Partner with RGM teams to financially assess pricing, pack architecture, promo strategy, and elasticity‑driven insights.
• Evaluate RGM interventions and innovation performance, ensuring strong NSR, GM, and system returns.
• Provide financial leadership for customer joint business planning, promo ROI reviews, and channel investment decisions.

Lead Insight‑Driven Decision Support & Strategic Analysis

• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analyses to evaluate opportunities, assess risks, and support strategic choices.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models to simulate scenarios, support negotiations, and guide commercial strategies.
• Leverage data, analytics, and digital tools to elevate insight quality and speed of decision‑making.
• Partner with Platform Services and cross‑functional finance teams to improve processes, tools, and automation.

Represent Finance Across Internal & External Stakeholders

• Communicate clearly with Senior Management, OU Finance, Bottler leadership, and customer‑facing teams to drive alignment.
• Foster strong relationships across the Austria system to support negotiations, commercial initiatives, and operational decisions.
• Act as a trusted advisor—translating complex financial concepts into simple, actionable insights.
