The Senior Manager – Management Reporting & Consolidation plays a critical role within Qiddiya’s FP&A function, supporting the Director in delivering high-quality management reporting, financial consolidation, and advanced analytics.

This role is responsible for leading the preparation of management packs, executive reporting, and scenario models, while strengthening reporting frameworks, system integration, and data governance across the organization. The Senior Manager will drive operational excellence in reporting processes, support system optimization initiatives, and contribute to automation and digital transformation efforts.

Success in this role requires strong expertise in Anaplan (or similar planning tools), Power BI (mandatory), financial consolidation, and data architecture, combined with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial consolidation processes across entities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Oversee the preparation of management packs, executive presentations, and Board-level materials in coordination with the Director.
  • Translate complex financial and operational data into structured, visually compelling reports and dashboards.
  • Act as a key Anaplan power user, supporting model development, enhancements, and scenario / what-if analysis.
  • Lead Power BI dashboard development and automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and insight generation.
  • Ensure alignment and data integrity across Anaplan, SAP S/4HANA, and reporting platforms.
  • Support FP&A teams with advanced financial analysis, KPI tracking, and performance insights across Corporate and Development teams.
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
  • Standardize reporting templates, KPI frameworks, and action trackers to enhance governance and transparency.
  • Partner closely with accounting, treasury, development finance, and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.
  • Manage and develop a small team of analysts, fostering analytical rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and implement process improvement and automation opportunities to streamline consolidation and reporting cycles.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • CPA, CA, ACCA, or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial consolidation, or management reporting within complex organizations.
  • Minimum 6 years in a managerial role overseeing reporting or consolidation activities.
  • Experience in master development, construction, infrastructure, real estate, or capital-intensive industries preferred.
  • Alternatively, experience within large multinational organizations (USD 1Bn+ annual revenue, capex, or opex) with demonstrated progression.
  • Big 4 or Tier 1 consultancy experience is highly preferred.
