This role partners directly with Pharmacy Services (PS) Finance stakeholders to identify emerging risks, opportunities, trends, and business questions that are not fully addressed through existing reporting and analytics. Through analytical investigation, business partnership, and decision-support practices, this leader helps stakeholders better understand what matters, why it matters, and what actions should be considered. While initially operating as a hands-on individual contributor, this role is expected to define the methodology, operating model, and future direction of the function, including helping shape its long-term growth and team structure.

  • Identify opportunities to operationalize proven insights into recurring reporting, monitoring, metrics, or analytical solutions.
  • Define the long-term vision, talent strategy, capability roadmap, and future organizational structure of the Finance Insights & Decision Support function.
  • Mentor others and help promote analytical and decision-support best practices across Finance Intelligence.
