Role Overview 

The Senior Manager, Finance Integration & Technology, plays a critical role in driving integration, change, and digital enablement across the Finance function. The role supports Finance leadership on high-impact initiatives by ensuring strong program management, effective change adoption, and seamless integration of technology-enabled ways of working. 

This role acts as a connector across Finance, Technology, and cross-functional partners, enabling clarity, alignment, and execution discipline while strengthening employee engagement and knowledge sharing. The incumbent will help modernize how Finance operates by embedding structured change management, digital solutions, and collaborative platforms across the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Finance Integration & Program Management 

  • Partner closely with Finance leadership to manage and integrate strategic finance initiatives across planning, operations, and transformation agendas. 

  • Provide strong program and project management, ensuring initiatives are clearly scoped, aligned, and executed with discipline. 

  • Drive integration across workstreams, ensuring dependencies, risks, and milestones are actively managed. 

2. Change Management & Adoption 

  • Design and implement change management frameworks to support Finance transformation and technology adoption. 

  • Ensure effective stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption across Finance teams and extended partners. 

  • Support leadership with structured change plans, impact assessments, and adoption tracking. 

3. Finance Technology Enablement & Digital Ways of Working 

  • Support and enable the Finance digital ecosystem (e.g., Finance Connect, knowledge platforms, collaboration tools) to enhance user experience and productivity. 

  • Partner with Technology and Platform teams to embed digital solutions, automation, and data visualization into Finance processes. 

  • Benchmark internal and external best practices to continuously improve digital enablement and ways of working within Finance. 

4. Strategic Communication & Engagement 

  • Develop and execute integrated communication plans to support Finance initiatives, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment. 

  • Enable leadership communication across Finance, Boards, and senior stakeholders as required. 

  • Design and implement employee engagement and culture initiatives that reinforce a networked, collaborative Finance organization. 

5. Knowledge Management & Collaboration 

  • Strengthen knowledge sharing and collaboration across Finance through structured content, communities, and digital platforms. 

  • Ensure critical Finance knowledge, tools, and learnings are accessible, current, and effectively utilized. 

  • Promote best practice sharing and continuous learning across teams and geographies.

Experience & Capability Requirements 

Experience 

  • 8+ years of experience in finance transformation, integration, PMO, change management, or related roles 

  • Experience working in complex, matrixed, or global environments preferred
