ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Manager: Finance Business Partner will be accountable to achieve the following objectives:
Strategic Business Partnering & Performance Management
Assist in and oversee the formulation of Technology strategy, budgets, forecasts and long-range plans whilst ensuring alignment with Group strategic objectives.
Monitor and report on progress against budgets, forecasts and plans.

Champion digital finance capabilities and promote data-driven decision-making.
Support development and implementation of Finance AI and automation use cases aligned to business priorities and governance requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance Finance productivity, forecasting capability, business partnering effectiveness and insight generation.

5 years management experience or more in; with at least 3 years in relevant sector / industry /area of specialisation (understanding emerging markets advantageous)
Extensive experience in financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, budgeting, forecasting and performance management
Strong experience in financial modelling, business case development and investment appraisal
