The Role 
We are seeking a collaborative, energetic leader to join our growing team. As the Senior Manager, Go to Market Strategy at Fidelity Insurance Agency (FIA), you will support the strategic shaping and practical execution of key annuity and insurance solutions and experiences, ensuring top-tier protection for our customers. Key responsibilities: 

  • Partner with FIA business leaders to develop differentiated annuity and protection solutions by deeply understanding client segments, behaviors, and planning needs 

  • Contribute to key components of the product lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and requirements development through pilot, launch, and ongoing optimization 

  • Synthesize customer, market, and competitive research to inform data-driven decision making 

  • Collaborate with internal teams and Fidelity Insurance Network (FIN) carriers to create, refine, and execute product roadmaps that align with business KPIs 

  • Support pilots and experiments to test hypotheses, refine value propositions, and inform scaling decisions 

  • Develop clear, compelling materials and narratives to communicate insights, recommendations, and outcomes to stakeholders 

  • Track and analyze success metrics, providing insights to support ongoing product evolution and investment decisions 

The Expertise and Skills You Bring  

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, with 5-8 years of financial services experience, with demonstrated knowledge of product development and management, digital experience, or consulting 

  • Understanding of Fidelity's retail distribution model, digital experience platforms, planning capabilities, and FIA annuity and life insurance products 

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with ability to translate insight into actionable recommendations 

  • Experience collaborating with and influence cross-functional teams 

  • Strong project management skill with ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment 

  • Demonstrated experience supporting product lifecycle activities, including requirements definition, gap analysis, and business acceptance testing 

  • Comfort working hands-on, with a balance of strategic thinking and executional follow-through 

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, able to tailor messaging to different audiences 

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and intellectually curious

The role partners across Fidelity Wealth, Brokerage, Workplace, Marketing, CKSI, Distribution, Legal, Risk and Compliance to connect customer insight, strategy, and execution. Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
