*This role is on-site, 5 days per week, in our Midtown Atlanta HQ*

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager of Executive Search to join our in-house Executive Search function. This role is based full-time at our Midtown Atlanta headquarters and will lead the execution of director-level and above searches across key business units.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience from an executive search firm, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in managing search processes end-to-end. This role will also manage and develop a small team of executive recruiters and/or researchers, requiring strong people leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full-cycle executive search engagements for Director, VP, and C-level roles across NCR Voyix.
  • Partner closely with executive leaders, HR Business Partners, and the talent acquisition team to understand strategic hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of executive recruiting professionals, including mentoring, performance management, and career development.
  • Own search strategy development, including market mapping, candidate sourcing, assessment, and engagement.
  • Utilize research-driven methodologies to uncover and attract diverse and passive executive talent.
  • Maintain a high bar for candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations on search progress and competitive talent trends.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the executive search function at NCR Voyix, including tools, processes, and metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of executive recruiting experience, with at least 3 years at an executive search firm.
  • Proven success in managing director and above searches across multiple functions and industries.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience, with the ability to develop and lead a team.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or executive search certifications a plus.
