  • Build, manage, and mentor a growing events team, setting clear priorities and ensuring consistent execution.
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Sales to align events with account-based strategies and target accounts.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality corporate events that support company culture and internal engagement.
  • Own the events budget, including forecasting, tracking, and optimization.
  • Negotiate with vendors, venues, and partners to drive cost efficiency and savings across the marketing budget.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Success & Services, Marketing Operations, and People teams.
  • Lead on-site execution for key events, ensuring a high-quality attendee and stakeholder experience.
  • Define and track success metrics, reporting on event performance and insights to stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate business goals into a focused event strategy.
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams in a scaling environment.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions and account-based marketing.
  • Strong budget ownership and vendor negotiation skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Calm, confident problem-solver, especially in live event environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience managing B2B events, ideally within enterprise SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
  • Experience owning an events strategy and budget.
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales and senior marketing stakeholders.
  • Experience leading or managing a growing team.

What We Do

Enable helps manufacturers, distributors, and retailers take control of their rebate programs and turn them into an engine for growth. Starting in finance and commercial teams, Enable helps better manage rebate complexity with automated real-time data and insights, accurate forecasting, and stronger cross functional alignment. This lets you — and everyone else you authorize in your business — know exactly where you are with rebates. Then you can extend Enable externally to your suppliers and/or customers, setting you and your partners up to use rebates as a strategy with one collaborative place to author, agree, execute, and track the progress of your deals.
