Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ESG data collection, validation, consolidation, analysis, and reporting across quarterly and annual reporting cycles.

  • Perform data quality reviews, trend analysis, and year-over-year variance assessments, ensuring completeness, consistency, and transparency of ESG disclosures.

  • Prepare ESG reporting materials and communicate key insights, risks, performance trends, and business drivers to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Act as the ESG reporting subject matter expert, providing guidance to KPI owners and business functions on reporting requirements, reporting frameworks, training, and reporting processes.

  • Manage external assurance activities, audit requests, evidence collection, stakeholder engagement, and implementation of audit recommendations while ensuring compliance with reporting controls and governance requirements.

  • Support CSRD and ESG reporting readiness by translating regulations into reporting datapoints, methodologies, processes and controls, and coordinating implementation and gap assessments with business functions.

  • Drive standardization, automation, simplification, and continuous improvement of ESG reporting processes, frameworks, validation rules, and data controls.

  • Lead cross-functional ESG reporting projects and strategic initiatives, including datapoint implementation, end to end process enhancements, data collection and validation improvements, and system optimization.

  • Proactively identify reporting risks, data quality issues, and control weaknesses, and lead remediation activities to strengthen ESG reporting governance and assurance readiness.

 

Minimum Requirements

  • Mandatory university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, management reporting, ESG reporting, assurance, audit, compliance or data-driven analysis in a complex multinational environment.

  • Preferable knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and regulations, including CSRD, GRI, or similar reporting frameworks.

  • Experience in Functional Breadth and Operations Management & Execution.

  • Proven project leadership experience in driving cross-functional initiatives and delivering process improvements.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

  • End-to-end process understanding and mindset.

  • Experience managing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Ability to embrace change and adapt in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Resilience and professional proficiency in English.
