Job Description:

Responsible for leading day-to-day volume-driving marketing planning and execution of the community/network of care strategy for assigned region. This position applies expertise in market research, analysis, and development to generate and organize plans and execution teams that will competitively differentiate AdventHealth and ensure growth in volume, market share, share of spend, and overall brand awareness across the region. This role builds strong relationships with key leaders to advance the organization's strategic vision. In addition, this position develops and leads marketing programs and strategies that build awareness, drive volume and move market share. Additionally, this role is hands-on, results-oriented, and passionate about marketing strategy, data analytics, and return on investment-driven decision making.

  • Manages day-to-day strategic marketing efforts for regional market.
  • Develops annual marketing plans, setting goals, strategies, and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met.
  • Acts as regional account executive for senior operational leadership, providing strategic counsel, market opportunities, and overall support across the assigned region.
  • Identifies areas of opportunities or downtrends and collaborates with physician/clinical relationship development & sales team and institute/service line marketing team to develop and implement volume-driving campaigns.
  • Provides executive leadership with market dashboard and return on investment reports to ensure business goals are met and contributes to the development of key relationships, affiliations, and community partnerships.
  • Maintains awareness of emerging marketing trends, competitive movements, and overall landscape, bringing leading consumer-centric strategies to the team to impact volume-driving efforts across all service lines and markets in assigned region.
  • Serves as lead brand ambassador, ensuring consistent execution of brand strategy across all areas of responsibility to establish/improve overall brand awareness and perception in the market.
  • Identifies, negotiates, and manages strategic community sponsorships, organizes/supports volume-driving community events, and establishes immersive, keynote events.
  • Provides leadership for direct-to-consumer physician-specific marketing initiatives to drive referrals, increase exposure, and add consumer value and brand recognition in the marketplace.
  • Works with Regional, Divisional or Executive Director of Marketing. Manages multiple team members to drive the execution of marketing strategies and ensures overall business objectives are met, including recruiting, coaching, and providing leadership and assistance in strategy development.
  • Provides oversight for large budget, ensuring timely reporting, return on investment, and fiscal responsibility.
  • Develops and maintains strong community relationships, engages key community leaders, and establishes strategic initiatives with local and regional influencers to enhance the brand and drive volume and engagement.

  • Experience managing employees. [Required]

  • Previous experience within healthcare industry. [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$72,786.83 - $155,693.55
