Position Location: We're all about flexibility! This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA or our Seaport Boston, MA location with Mondays and Fridays remote. 

The Senior Manager of Enterprise Value Capture is responsible for identifying, sizing, and shaping enterprise initiatives that drive measurable business value. This role partners closely with executive leadership, Strategy, Finance, HR, and Functional leaders to translate strategic priorities into a prioritized pipeline of value creating initiatives with clearly defined business cases. This role owns the front end of the value lifecycle—from opportunity identification through initiative definition—ensuring the organization is focused on the right work to deliver maximum enterprise impact.
Reporting directly to the VP, Corporate Development & Enterprise Value Capture, this role serves as the lead individual contributor for the front end of the enterprise value lifecycle—from opportunity identification through initiative definition—ensuring initiatives are decision ready, value backed, and positioned to deliver maximum enterprise impact.

A Day in the Life...

  • Identify enterprise value opportunities aligned to strategic priorities (growth, cost, productivity, risk, capability)
  • Proactively surface cross‑functional initiatives that are not owned within a single function
  • Translate strategic goals into a structured portfolio of value‑generating initiatives
  • Own the enterprise value opportunity pipeline on behalf of the VP, Corporate Development & Enterprise Value Capture
  • Develop high‑level value hypotheses, benefit estimates, and assumptions in partnership with Finance and business leaders
  • Define success metrics, value drivers, and leading indicators for each initiative
  • Ensure initiatives are clearly scoped, prioritized, and decision‑ready for executive review
  • Maintain an enterprise‑level view of value opportunity across initiatives and programs
  • Support leadership in prioritization decisions based on value, feasibility, and capacity
  • Prepare value‑based portfolio insights and materials to support executive governance and decision‑making
  • Partner with the Enterprise PMO to ensure initiatives move efficiently into execution
  • Define value handoff expectations to protect intended benefits as initiatives move into execution
  • Facilitate discussions with executives to challenge assumptions, refine opportunities, and increase value ambition
  • Provide clear, concise insights on where enterprise value can be unlocked or accelerated
  • Serve as a thought partner and subject‑matter expert on enterprise value shaping and initiative design

What We Are Looking For:

Required

  • 7+ years in strategy, transformation, finance, consulting, or enterprise program roles
  • Strong financial and operational acumen; ability to connect strategy to measurable outcomes
  • Proven experience influencing senior leaders across functions
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shaping opportunities from concept to decision
  • Experience supporting enterprise portfolio governance and value based prioritization

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required) Master's Degree (Preferred)

Work Experience:

At least 5 Years of Experience

Annual Salary:

$128,000 - $160,000
