Liberty Blume is looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales to accelerate our growth across the US and international markets. This is a high-impact, hunter-led role focused on developing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and securing complex, multi-year enterprise agreements worth $5-10m ARR.
Working at the intersection of technology, business transformation and enterprise services, you will engage C-suite and procurement leaders, shape compelling solution-led propositions, and lead cross-functional pursuit teams to deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients. As one of Blume's first enterprise sales hires in-market, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growth while helping some of the world's leading organisations transform their back- and middle-office operations.
What will you be doing?
- Build and convert a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.
- Win complex, multi-year deals worth $5-10m ARR, leading opportunities from first conversation to signed contract.
- Understand customer challenges and position Blume's technology, AI and transformation solutions to deliver tangible business value.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM management to support sales performance.
- Partner with Commercial, Finance and Legal teams to develop competitive, commercially sound proposals.
- Lead cross-functional pursuit teams through solution design, proposals, RFPs and due diligence.
- Represent Blume in the market, building brand awareness and generating new business opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth transition to delivery, supporting customer success and future account growth.
- Share customer, competitor and market insights to influence strategy and future service offerings.
- Stay informed on AI, enterprise technology and transformation trends to identify new opportunities and strengthen client conversations.
We tend to look for people with:
Essential:
- Proven success in enterprise B2B sales, with experience winning and closing large, complex deals, ideally valued at $5-10m ARR or equivalent.
- Strong consultative selling experience within enterprise technology, business transformation, managed services, outsourcing, BPO, GBS, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through to successful contract award.
- Commercially astute, with experience developing business cases, building value-based propositions, negotiating contracts, and structuring long-term agreements.
- Confident influencing and building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives, finance leaders, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex technology and transformation solutions into clear, compelling business outcomes for customers.
- A proactive, self-starting business developer who thrives on creating opportunities, building pipeline, and opening new markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
- Highly organised, with strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
- Willingness to travel across the US and internationally as required.
Desirable
- Degree qualified in Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of Global Business Services (GBS), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Finance, Procurement, HR, or Enterprise Systems solutions.
- Experience selling technology-enabled services, AI solutions, SaaS platforms, managed services, or outsourced business solutions.
- Industry experience within telecommunications, media, utilities, digital infrastructure, or technology sectors.
- A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth in high-performance environments.
