As the Director – Enterprise Sales, you will own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle, from identifying target accounts and generating opportunities to solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.

You will work closely with senior business leaders and enterprise decision-makers to understand their business challenges and position relevant technology and SaaS solutions. The role involves building a predictable sales pipeline, developing strategic accounts, maintaining accurate forecasts, and consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets.

You will collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to develop tailored solutions and create strong value propositions for enterprise customers.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire high-value enterprise accounts across North India.
  • Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, VPs, Directors, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Conduct consultative discovery to understand customer challenges, business objectives, and technology requirements.
  • Position and sell enterprise SaaS, AI, customer experience, CRM, and related technology solutions.
  • Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain a healthy, predictable enterprise sales pipeline.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, booking, and business development targets.
  • Lead complex commercial discussions, negotiations, pricing conversations, and deal structuring.
  • Work with Pre-Sales and Product teams to create customized solution proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and other internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and long-term account growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, sales activity records, opportunity stages, and revenue forecasts.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategic relationships within key industries and enterprise accounts.
  • Drive high-value, multi-year enterprise contracts and contribute to long-term revenue growth.

  • 7–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently closing large enterprise deals and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strong experience selling to CXOs, senior executives, and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Strong understanding of complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent skills in commercial negotiation, deal structuring, and strategic account management.
  • Strong ability to build executive-level relationships and influence business decisions.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and opportunities using CRM platforms.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience selling AI, Customer Experience, CRM, Contact Center, or Enterprise SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
  • Existing relationships across BFSI, Retail, E-commerce, Travel, Logistics, or Consumer Brands will be an advantage.
  • Experience closing high-value, multi-year SaaS contracts is preferred.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive enterprise opportunities from prospecting to closure.
