We’re searching for a relationship-driven leader who can bridge the gap between business and technology, inspiring teams to deliver meaningful enterprise solutions at scale. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution, someone who thrives on driving complex initiatives, collaborating across teams, and shaping scalable, innovative solutions for the enterprise. You’ll lead multi-functional efforts to design, deliver, and evolve technology solutions that enable growth, efficiency, and transformation across the organization.

Location: This is a Hybrid role based out of our HQ location in Newport News, VA, in accordance with the our Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Enterprise Initiatives: Lead the planning and execution of large-scale, multi-functional programs that align technology capabilities with business goals.
  • Solution Leadership: Translate business needs into high-level technical direction; guide teams toward effective, scalable, and sustainable solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with executives, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and strategic alignment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Anticipate business needs, explore emerging technologies, and propose innovative approaches to deliver value.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and curiosity across all levels of the organization.
  • Communication & Influence: Clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences; build credibility and trust across diverse teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate processes, find opportunities for optimization, and drive initiatives that enhance quality and delivery speed.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in technology, consulting, or enterprise solution delivery (experience in people leadership or program management preferred); a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience operating within complex, enterprise‑scale technology environments, with a strong understanding of modern application ecosystems, data platforms, integrations, and cloud‑based solutions. Ability to engage technical leaders at a conceptual or architectural level and guide decision‑making without being hands‑on.
  • Proven success leading large enterprise initiatives with multiple customers and dependencies.
  • Good ability to speak technical at a conceptual or architectural level - with the confidence to engage senior technical leaders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to think strategically while driving practical execution.
  • Team-oriented leader who inspires collaboration and innovation.
  • Curious, creative, and eager to explore new technologies and ideas.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
