Department: Product Delivery

About the Role: The Senior Manager, Enterprise Services supports the delivery of strategic solution design, implementation consulting, and enterprise account stand-up services for Unite Us' most complex customers and partnerships. Enterprise Services Delivery is a specialized model focused on embedding Unite Us team members with customers during critical stages of partnership development to accelerate time to value, drive measurable outcomes, and support successful adoption of Unite Us technology. This role serves as a trusted implementation advisor to customer stakeholders, partnering with organizations to understand operational goals, program requirements, policy considerations, and service delivery needs. The Senior Manager works closely with customers and internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable workflows, implementation plans, and technology solutions that align with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate combines strong implementation expertise with consultative problem-solving skills, enabling them to navigate ambiguity, manage complex customer engagements, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and deliver high-quality outcomes in dynamic environments. This role requires the ability to synthesize complex information, develop practical recommendations, and lead enterprise implementation efforts from discovery through successful delivery and transition.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the delivery of enterprise implementation engagements, ensuring successful execution of solution design, project stand-up activities, and customer onboarding initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted implementation advisor to customer stakeholders, helping translate operational objectives, program requirements, and organizational priorities into actionable implementation plans.
  • Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering activities, and workflow design workshops to understand customer needs and develop scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage major projects, programs, and co-development initiatives by coordinating deliverables, tracking milestones, and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to document business processes, operational workflows, governance structures, and implementation requirements.
  • Develop solution design artifacts, implementation roadmaps, workflow documentation, and other key deliverables that support successful project execution and long-term customer outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Product, Implementation, Customer Success, Network, and other customer-facing teams to ensure streamlined solution delivery and effective stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitate customer meetings, working sessions, and project governance activities to support decision-making, maintain project momentum, and drive accountability.
  • Identify implementation, operational, and organizational risks; proactively escalate concerns and partner with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies and resolution plans.
  • Support enterprise customers through complex implementation challenges by providing consultative recommendations and facilitating alignment on appropriate solutions.
  • Translate customer business requirements into actionable technical and operational recommendations while partnering with Product and Engineering teams on enhancement opportunities when needed.
  • Monitor project health, key milestones, and customer readiness to ensure successful deployment and achievement of desired outcomes.
  • Serve as a key contributor to the continued evolution of Enterprise Services delivery methodologies, implementation frameworks, and best practices.
  • Develop transition plans, knowledge-transfer materials, and customer-success handoff documentation to support sustained customer adoption and long-term success.

You’re a great fit for this role if:

  • 7+  years of experience in a business, public health, or social services environment
  • Experience leading complex projects and implementations with organization and confidence

  • Demonstrated ability to be consultative and to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously. You show your resourcefulness by finding creative ways to execute, even when there’s not a predetermined path to follow.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – you’re an active listener who can break down complex ideas and tailor a message to a specific audience
  • Demonstrated ability to be both organized and agile – you can keep projects running smoothly and efficiently, but you know how to pivot when things don’t go as planned
  • Experience analyzing data to pull out insights, tell a story, and drive action
  • Experience learning new tools and software; preferred experience with Jira, Salesforce, and Google Suite
