Here’s the Gist:

The Business Transformation Manager will lead the ongoing development and implementation of effective business processes across the organization. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of process improvement methodologies. Further, the ideal candidate will have experience driving large transformational programs and initiatives.

This is a highly visible role which will demand an unmatched ability to collaborate and build common objectives across functional, technical and business teams.  The candidate will perform as a strategic change agent while also engaging with teams to assess, streamline and deploy tactical organizational and process-oriented improvements.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in performing functional and technical responsibilities within a fast-paced, dynamic high-tech manufacturing and/or semiconductor company.  This role will report to the Vice President, Enterprise Applications, IT and partner with Senior Leaders and stakeholders across the company.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Drive transformation efforts across the enterprise, by working with IT and business teams to effect change that allows Wolfspeed to build efficiencies and scale.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business process management strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and optimize business processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee a team that includes a Project Manager, an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist, and other resources that provide necessary skills and expertise to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define process improvement goals and metrics for success.
  • Communicate process management initiatives and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, providing guidance and support to teams.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and consultants.
  • Oversee financial planning and budgeting for process management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals.
  • Develop and manage budgets for process improvement projects, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to process management initiatives, presenting findings to senior leadership.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of business experience leading transformational change in a high-tech manufacturing and/or semiconductor organization.
  • 8+ years of people / leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role focused on business process management, operational excellence, or continuous improvement.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in process analysis and optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • Experience in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
