Position Overview:

Required Qualifications:
Technical Excellence
12+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
Deep hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architectures, Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern data technologies.
Proven success building and scaling high-throughput, low-latency platforms serving millions of customers.
Strong architectural acumen across scalability, resiliency, observability, and performance engineering.
Passionate about technology with the ability to dive deep into code, influence design decisions, and drive engineering excellence.
Knowledge of DORA, SPACE, and modern engineering productivity frameworks.
Experience with AI/ML-driven platform capabilities.
Background in marketplace, ecommerce, fintech, or large-scale consumer platforms.
