  • Salary scale 007: $118,000 to $147,500 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)

What you will put into action:

  • Lead the organization's Project Management Office (PMO) capabilities, driving governance, portfolio management, and execution excellence across strategic capital initiatives.

  • Manage and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of capital projects.

  • Provide leadership and oversight for complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise objectives.

  • Establish, optimize, and sustain project governance frameworks, standards, methodologies, and reporting processes that enable consistent project delivery.

  • Drive portfolio visibility through data-driven dashboards, performance metrics, capacity planning, and executive reporting.

  • Partner with senior business and functional leaders to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, mitigate risks, and remove execution barriers.

  • Identify portfolio risks, resource constraints, and operational bottlenecks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies to improve outcomes.

  • Champion continuous improvement and PMO maturity by enhancing project management tools, processes, and organizational capabilities.

  • Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, coaching, talent development, and change management.

  • Balance near-term execution with long-term capability building to strengthen the organization's project delivery and operational excellence.

The profile that excels in execution:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field required.

  • Master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline is preferred.

  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, program management, PMO leadership, operations management, engineering, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and developing teams.

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders and key stakeholders.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is considered a strong asset.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a systems-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complex business challenges.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, accountability, ability to influence without direct authority, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
