We’re seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to provide strategic technical leadership across our software development organization. This role is pivotal in shaping engineering practices, driving innovation, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor engineering leaders and teams to maximize capability and capacity.
- Drive operational excellence through metrics, resource utilization, and risk management.
- Own financial budgets and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Champion change initiatives and modern engineering practices.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
- Ensure adoption of latest technologies, standards, and methodologies.
- Support availability outside standard hours as part of an on-call rotation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in software development; 5+ years managing large, complex projects.
- 5+ years leading development teams.
- Expertise in Agile and full lifecycle development.
- Experience with secure, scalable web/mobile apps and distributed systems.
