The Expertise You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

  • Eager to develop the administrative and organizational skills required for effective people management while continuing to lead by example as a hands‑on engineer

  • A Passion for leading technical efforts, mentoring teammates, or coordinating delivery within a small team

  • Strong desire and ability to remain hands on, including contributing code, reviewing pull requests, and guiding development best practices

  • Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Rest, JavaScript, Angular, or similar technologies

  • Strong architectural background, including accessibility, security, resiliency, and enterprise design standards

  • Proven ability to guide estimation, solution design, dependency management, and technical decision making for complex work

  • Experience improving delivery outcomes through modernization, technical health management, automation, and AI tools

  • Understanding of operational excellence, including observability, site reliability engineering, and production support models

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across engineering, product, and leadership teams

  • A growth mindset with interest in developing leadership capabilities and elevating overall team performance

The Value You Deliver

  • Help shape Engineering strategy and ensuring alignment with DAM and IWMS priorities

  • Leading day‑to‑day engineering execution to deliver secure, reliable, production‑ready digital capabilities.

  • Influencing architectural direction and driving consistency across platforms and solutions

  • Advancing engineering excellence through automation, quality standards, and modern development practices

  • Improving reliability and operational performance of business critical onboarding and servicing workflows

  • Developing engineering talent, elevating technical capabilities, and fostering a strong engineering culture

  • Driving continuous improvement and ensuring a strong platform foundation for long-term growth

The Team

The Digital Account Management team delivers modern, scalable solutions that power Institutional Account Onboarding and Account Maintenance across the Wealthscape platform. We focus on creating intuitive digital workflows that reduce friction, improve accuracy, and accelerate asset realization for Clearing Advisors, RIAs, and home-office professionals.

Our mission is to simplify the account lifecycle through flawless, end-to-end digital experiences. We deliver consistent, standards-based interfaces, enable omnichannel integration with advisor technology ecosystems, and drive operational efficiency through automation and strong frontend validations.
