Job Summary

Join Absa's Absa Vehicle Management Solutions team which forms part of Relationship Banking as a Senior Manager Enablement. You will be responsible for technical ownership, implementation and maintenance of core operational platforms and toolsets to support the broader AVMS team.

Job Description

Strategy Formulation and Execution:

·   Collaborate with senior leadership and facilitate the development and implementation of operational systems and strategies that align with AVMS goals. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and improve market positioning.

Customer Primacy:

·   Advocate for the AVMS customer by leveraging data insights to enhance service offerings and client interactions. Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously assess customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Sustainable Growth:

·   Identify opportunities for business expansion and revenue generation through the effective use of data analytics. Develop and track key performance indicators to measure growth initiatives and success.

Client-Driven Innovation and Change:

·   Foster a culture of innovation by driving initiatives that leverage data to create client-centric products and services. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management strategies.

Operational Effectiveness:

·   Streamline data processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Establish best practices for data management and utilization across the cluster and organization.

Digital Adoption:

·   Champion the integration of digital tools and technologies to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Provide training and support to staff on new digital platforms and data analytics tools.

Good Governance, Risk, and Compliance:

·   Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards in all data-related initiatives.

·   Develop and enforce policies to protect data integrity and confidentiality.

Data Monetisation:

Identify and pursue opportunities to monetize data assets, enhancing revenue streams through analytics. Collaborate with product teams to create data-driven offerings that meet market demands.

Required Experience

Bachelor's Degree: Business, Commerce and Management Studies / Information Technology

Ten (10) years or more experience in a fleet management environment, of which (5) five years or more must be in a senior role within an Enablement role.

Experience in managing of full change management process and implementation of new technology and adoption.

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
