MongoDB’s mission is to empower innovators to create, transform, and disrupt industries by unleashing the power of software and data. We enable organizations of all sizes to easily build, scale, and run modern applications by helping them modernize legacy workloads, embrace innovation, and unleash AI. Our industry-leading developer data platform, MongoDB Atlas, is the only globally distributed, multi-cloud database and is available in more than 115 regions across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Atlas allows customers to build anywhere—on the edge, on premises, or across cloud providers. With offices worldwide and over 175,000 developers joining MongoDB every month, it’s no wonder that leading organizations, like Samsung and Toyota, trust MongoDB to build next-generation, AI-powered applications.

The Sr. Manager of Employee Listening has a critical role to play in this journey. The People Team is currently focused on building an organization that can continue to scale at the pace of MongoDB, as well as integrating our Leadership Commitment framework into our culture and talent ecosystem. • Partner with the broader Culture & Development team and other members of the People Team to identify critical people issues and to support delivery of insights and analytics that will inform our strategy and help execute on our people initiatives
  • Demonstrate thought leadership on current research and innovative solutions for assessing and measuring the talent lifecycle, from pre-hire to exit, including how AI can support advanced analytics and insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Collaborate proactively with the Culture, Talent & Development team and other key stakeholders on the broader People Team to Review, monitor, and communicate results effectively for impact and provide follow-up insights in a timely manner
  • Lead our enterprise-wide survey action planning process, and the ongoing enablement for our self-service manager action planning tools
  • Support global action planning programs and initiatives, as needed
  • Ensure that our Leadership Commitment is embedded in the key decisions and planning in our survey strategy
  • Facilitate projects, identifying dependencies, change management requirements, and prioritizing accordingly
  • Manage relationships with the stakeholders across all levels, and ensuring that the project team and stakeholders have an adequate understanding of ownership, timelines, resource needs, risks, contentions, and dependencies

 Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of proven experience with program managing end-to-end talent lifecycle measurement, specifically related to survey insights, executive summaries, and action planning
  • Experience in people or talent analytics, including advanced analytical skills, with demonstrated ability in synthesizing and interpreting employee data.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to integrate, analyze, and effectively communicate insights to all levels of the organization
  • Experience working directly with leadership and stakeholders at all levels and functions to define and implement solutions

  • Strong track record of project management skills, including delivering strategic and tactical solutions in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Excellence in written communication and project documentation
  • Excellence in communicating and presenting
  • Demonstrated track record and exceptional judgment handling sensitive data
