Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the Global Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, the [Level TBD] of Diversity and Inclusion will support Condé Nast's diversity and inclusion strategy for our global colleague base. This role will be responsible for positioning, designing, and delivering on diversity & inclusion initiatives, with a particular focus on employee resource groups, internal and external communications and partnerships.
Successful candidates will have previous experience creating and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies. They will have a demonstrated passion for building trusted relationships with stakeholders, employees and senior levels to drive meaningful change.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide guidance, management, and oversight of eight Employee Resource Groups (ERG)/Inclusion Networks

Drive awareness of ERG value proposition and ensure ERG alignment with Conde Nast's Inclusion & Diversity Strategy

Partner with ERGs to develop and implement annual ERG strategic plans

Collaborate with HR teams to implement inclusive practices the employee lifecycle

Talent Acquisition to advise inclusive sourcing and recruiting strategies; coordinate & attend recruiting events

Performance Management guidance
-
Project manage D&I team projects, initiatives such as trainings and events

Proactively source and manage diversity & inclusion partnerships, organizations, events, and vendors

Craft internal and external communication on cultural and heritage months, community dialogues and other exciting programming

Monitor D&I content across all brands and platforms
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in human resources functions such as diversity and inclusion, HR business partner, employee benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations or talent development

Proven ability to strategize and work proactively with minimal supervision
-
Superior written and verbal communication skills
-
Demonstrated project management experience
-
Experience collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to guide strategy
Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000
