Job Summary
The Senior Manager of Business Analytics is responsible for leading and managing a team of business analysts to deliver comprehensive data-driven insights that support multiple business stakeholders and align with the organization’s long-term goals.Business Analytics responsibilities include: Oversee development and governance of dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting, identify new AI and analytics capabilities that create competitive advantage, and provide insights around funding, chargebacks, margins, and vendor performance.
This role involves driving cross-divisional processes and collaborating with senior management to optimize business performance across the company.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Build and lead a team, creating and maintaining a motivated workforce. Provide leadership and guidance to BOA's and Managers, foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering strategic guidance and recommending innovative solutions to address their challenges and opportunities.
Responsible for developing and executing business strategy aligning with business goals and priorities.
Implement best practices for data generation, storage, accuracy, and consumption. Ensure new processes are in alignment with standardization focus of the organization.
Collaborate with senior leadership among cross functional teams to ensure optimal visibility to business performance is in alignment with cross department needs.
Hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or Business Analytics.
Work Experience
At least 7 years of related experience or combination of experience and education.
At least 2 years of experience directly managing people including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Experience with SAP, SQL, Tableau, and CRM.
Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.
Experience and skills in influencing, leading and directing individuals in multiple functional areas.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: sort and filter large datasets; build Pivot Tables, comfortability using XLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS).

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$134,000.00 - $201,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
