About The Role
Senior Manager / Director, Special Projects, Singapore (3-Day Work Week)Knight Frank is seeking a high-calibre Senior Manager / Director, Special Projects to lead strategic initiatives at the intersection of product innovation, marketing, and business development. This is a unique part-time (3 days/week) senior role suited for an experienced, entrepreneurial professional who thrives in building new platforms and partnerships.
Role OverviewYou will drive key strategic projects across our Auction & Sales platform, focusing on digital innovation, stakeholder engagement, and new business initiatives. This role requires both conceptual thinking and execution discipline, with the ability to translate ideas into tangible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities1. Digital Platform Development & Strategy
Shape the next phase of the Knight Frank bidding platform
Drive product relevance, user adoption, and roadmap prioritisation
Explore integration opportunities with external systems and platforms
Position the platform for broader market visibility and scalability
2. Strategic Stakeholder Engagement
Support engagement with key public and institutional stakeholders
Develop presentations and proposals for senior decision-makers
Identify, define and implement refinements to platform features, workflows and stakeholder alignment to ensure relevance with policy and market developments
3. Business Development – Specialist Auctions
Develop and refine pitch materials for targeted industry segments
Drive outreach and relationship-building efforts
Position Knight Frank as a credible partner in specialised auction services
Proven experience (between 5-10 years) in product development, marketing strategy, or innovation roles
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with institutional stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (a strong command of English is essential)
Commercially astute with experience in business development or platform growth
Comfortable working in a lean, evolving environment with high ownership and agency
