Job Description:
What You'll Do
Responsible for owning the Direct Marketing campaigns for Discover Home Loans. Manage a team that executes campaigns. Partners with the business and technology teams to prioritize, execute, and enhance campaigns. Leads strategic efforts to improve speed to market, reduce risk, and enhance real time cross functional campaigns. Senior Manager Campaign Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.
How You'll Do It

  • Responsible for campaign management, processing strategy, and execution of campaigns
  • Manages team members on campaign management processes.
  • Ensures campaigns meet government, company, and direct marketing regulations
  • Partners with vendors to manage prospect file databases, campaign executions, and the development of campaign strategies.
  • Partners with the business to develop, test, and implement campaign strategies


Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, or Information Technology or related
  • 6+ years Campaign management or related
  • 2+ years People management
  • In lieu of bachelors degree at least 8+ Campaign management or related

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, or Information Technology or related
  • 8+ years in Campaign management or related including vendor management or data management experience

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $106,000.00 to $178,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
